There is a new group page on Urban Teacher Residency (UTR) programs as a method of preparing teachers to teach in urban environments.  A recent study was published on the impact of the Boston UTR, finding mixed results.  To read the study and join the discussion, go to "groups" and select the tab for "newest groups" and join "Urban Teacher Residency."
